Boiler Combustion Process Improvement
Conducts complete evaluation of the boiler combustion process, coordinates repair and/or upgrades, and documents improvements via final performance test (e.g., source testing).Process/Controls Troubleshooting Engineer
Conduct assessment evaluations on plant processes and/or control systems typically to determine operational problems.PROJECT: Refurbishment of Large Boiler Pneumatic Combustion Controls• Primary consultant to identify and coordinate all boiler burner combustion repairs thus achieving (with upgrades provided by Todd Combustion) a total reduction in Nox of greater than 12% with no increase in CO and with improved boiler performance.
